We  have strict quality control procedures for the raw material,door frame,door  leaf,finished products before painting and finished products etc.

Check  raw material, inspect the appearance and size

Checking  the wood veneer,no black spot and  mildew,no split and cut,no overlap and  seam etc

After  carving by CNC, check the size

For  some customized design,need manual assemble. After assembling, make sure the  appearance has no compression,no collision, no scratch,no hammer hole, no burr,  straight texture and similar color.

The  assembly joints, gaps and nail holes must be filled with putty. The putty scar  should be small, the nail hole and gap shall be filled tightly.

Sanding  the surface, After sanding, the surface shall be flat and smooth without scars,  and the linear edges and corners,the joints shall be smooth and without  unevenness.

Painting

The  surface of the product must be flat and smooth, with delicate feel and full  paint film.

No  sagging, pinhole, sand mark, sand grain, whitening, bottom leakage, delamination  and cracking, etc.

Spray  evenly and the glossiness meets the requirements.

The  paint film of high gloss paint products shall have a sense of oil, similar to  the mirror effect.

For  the finished product,Each product shall be inspected completely, and small  defects shall be handled properly.

All  parts in the working area shall be stacked in order and clearly  marked.
